These terms apply to commissioned reporting work: annual donor impact reports, program outcome briefs, board packet narratives, and grant close-out evidence packs. This studio does not sell physical merchandise, software seats, or downloadable installers from this website.
Eligibility
A full refund of an unused deposit is available if you cancel in writing to contact@sourcelogicbase.digital before the kickoff conversation and before any interviews are scheduled. After kickoff, refunds are partial and reflect work already prepared.
Timeframe
Refund requests must arrive within 14 days of the event that grounds the request (cancellation, material delay caused by the studio, or delivery of files that omit an agreed section). Requests after press-ready files have been used in a mailer are limited to correction of studio errors, not a full fee return.
Full or partial
If the studio has completed the evidence map but not interviews, the remaining two-thirds of the fee is not charged and the deposit minus a 400 USD scheduling charge is returned. If interviews and a first layout exist, the deposit is non-refundable and any additional paid instalment is refunded only for pages not yet drafted.
Non-refundable items
Third-party print proofs you asked us to order, licensed photographs purchased at your request, and travel already undertaken to 3090WCounty200RdN NorthVernon Indiana(IN) 47265 are non-refundable. Time spent waiting on missing logs is billable if it exceeds five business days after a written reminder.
Process
Write to contact@sourcelogicbase.digital or telephone +18123464358 with the commission name and fiscal year. We confirm the stage of work in writing and the amount to be returned.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are sent by the same method as the original payment within 15 business days after approval. We do not refund onto cryptocurrency wallets or third-party trading accounts.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a kickoff once without charge if you give five business days’ notice. Later reschedules may move the delivery window. No-shows for a booked on-site review without 24 hours’ notice forfeit that visit’s travel slot; the packet work continues remotely.
Work already started and materials
Draft pages remain the studio’s until a refund is settled. If a partial refund is paid, you may keep pages already delivered for internal use but may not present unfinished drafts as a final donor mailer. Purchased materials ordered for your print run stay with you; their cost is not returned.
Exceptions
If the studio misses an agreed delivery window by more than 15 business days for reasons other than missing source files, you may cancel the unfinished portion and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for undelivered pages.
