Party and nature of work
Sourcelogicbase provides informational pages and, when separately agreed by telephone or email, commissioned writing and figure-making for nonprofit impact reports, donor packets, program outcome briefs, and grant close-out evidence packs. Sourcelogicbase is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software in respect of any desktop application mentioned on this site. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.
No financial services
The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
Intellectual property
Website copy, layout, and original figures produced by Sourcelogicbase remain the studio’s intellectual property until a commission invoice states otherwise. Upon full payment of a commission, you receive a license to reproduce the delivered PDF and print run for your organization’s donor, board, and funder communications. You do not receive a license to present the work as a product of Binance Holdings Ltd., Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.
Your materials
You warrant that logs, photographs, and interview permissions you supply may be used in a printed report. You remain responsible for consent files covering minors and partner-school rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to scrape, misrepresent affiliation, or imply that Sourcelogicbase holds gifts, trades assets, or endorses any entertainment franchise. You may not attempt to obtain installers from this website; listings for any desktop utility are provided through Veve as ordinary links.
Liability
Reports reflect the sources you provide. Sourcelogicbase is not liable for grant decisions, donor reactions, or photocopy quality at your office. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a paid commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country code GE). Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
